Quick answers to the questions I hear most often. Don't see yours? Ask me directly.
Maintenance covers core WordPress updates, plugin updates, theme updates (depending on plan), regular backups, security scanning, and uptime monitoring. It's the ongoing care that keeps your site stable and secure. The specific scope depends on which plan you choose.
Custom development, new feature builds, design redesigns, content creation, domain/hosting management, and email setup are not included. These are separate services that can be quoted individually. Maintenance is focused on keeping what you already have working well.
Yes. Plugin conflicts are one of the most common issues I handle. I'll identify which plugins are causing the problem and find a solution — whether that's configuration changes, alternatives, or working around the conflict.
Yes. If your theme is causing problems — broken layouts, styling issues, functionality not working — I can help diagnose and fix it. This includes both free and premium themes. Theme updates are included in the Steady Guard and Elite Guard plans.
Yes. All plans include backups. Core Care includes weekly backups, while Steady Guard and Elite Guard include daily backups. Elite Guard also includes offsite backup storage for extra safety.
Response times depend on your plan: Core Care (48hr), Steady Guard (24hr), Elite Guard (4hr). These are maximum response times during business hours. Most requests get a response much sooner. Emergency support is available for Elite Guard clients.
Yes. There are no contracts. You can cancel any plan at any time. If you cancel, you'll continue to receive service until the end of your current billing period.
If you're not satisfied with the service, let me know within the first 7 days and I'll provide a full refund. After that, you can cancel anytime but refunds are not provided for partial months.
Yes. If you have a specific issue or task that doesn't require ongoing maintenance, I offer one-off fixes. You describe the problem, I provide a quote, and you pay only for that specific task. No monthly commitment required.
Please include: your website URL, a description of the problem, any error messages you see, screenshots if possible, and whether you can provide login access. The more details you give me, the faster I can help and the more accurate my quote will be.
Most simple fixes are completed within 24-48 hours. More complex issues may take longer. I'll give you a timeline when I provide the quote. If it's urgent, let me know and I'll do my best to prioritize it.
Once Rudra is installed, you'll see a contact button in your WordPress dashboard. Click it and you can send me a message directly. The plugin also attaches basic site health information so I can understand your setup before responding.
Yes, Rudra is completely free. No premium version, no hidden fees. It's a tool to make it easier for WordPress site owners to get help when they need it. You can install it from the WordPress plugin directory.
Rudra only sends information when you choose to contact me. It doesn't track your activity, collect analytics, or send data to third parties. The site health info is only included with your message to help me provide better support.
I don't have a specific recommendation because it depends on your needs and budget. What I can tell you is that cheap shared hosting often causes problems. If you're experiencing frequent issues, your hosting might be part of the problem. I can review your setup and suggest improvements.
Yes. I work with WooCommerce stores. Maintenance plans can be configured to include WooCommerce-specific care. One-off fixes for WooCommerce issues are also available. Just let me know what you need.
Yes, I can help with website migrations. This is typically handled as a one-off fix rather than part of maintenance plans. Contact me with details about your current and destination hosting, and I'll provide a quote.
